CORE’s programs enhance performance and confidence of youth of all age levels and ability. PARENTS: The best time to maximize athletic potential is at a young age. However, at  the same time, it’s a difficult time for many youth because they’re growing, which exposes them to physical imbalances and weaknesses. Many young athletes are involved in sports every month of the year, and sometimes their regimen doesn’t address what many parents fear most: injury prevention

PRODIGY: (now accepting athletes): Designed for athletes 6 to 9 years old and for those just beginning competitve sports. This program teaches the  training essentials that are the building blocks for future athletic development and success. Provides fun, encouragement, stimulation, and confidence.

PHENOM: Designed for athletes 9 to 12 years old and for those just beginning  competitve sports. This program provides the training essentials that are the building blocks for future athletic development and success. Sessions focus on strength, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, conditioning and injury prevention.

IN-SEASON: This program provides a maintenance training regime for athletes currently competing for a middle/high school. Sessions focus on strength, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, conditioning and injuryt prevention. Designed to help athletes peak the right way at the right time. Each athlete should attend 2 to 3 sessions per week. 

VARSITY: Designed for athletes 12 to 15 years old and for those preparing for high school athletics. This   program provides instructive t raining for athletes looking to improve their core skills and ability. Sessions focus on strength, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, conditioning and injury prevention. Each athlete should attend 2 to 3 sessions per week.

ELITE: Designed for athletes 15 and older and for those preparing for college athletics. This program provides intense training for athletes who have the desire to compete at the next level. Sessions focus on strength, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, conditioning and injury prevention. Each athlete should attend 2 to 3 sessions per week (strength, speed and conditioning).

                                                                                                       

CORE’s proven training system has produced D1 & D2/D3 athletes in the last year alone. But you do not have to be an elite athlete to benefit from CORE. We train average athletes to become good athletes and good athletes to become great athletes! We test you every 8 weeks and send you an in-depth report showing your progress. No tricks or gimmicks, just  real Results!
