COREATHLETICS boot camps are a fun but intense way to train in our professional environment. Boot camps can be held with groups of as few as 2 and as many as 25 individuals. In this setting one gets the same benefit and challenging workout as the pros, but the experience can be shared with friends, family members or            co-workers. COREATHLETICS boot camps use a variety of equipment and techniques, all orchestrated to improve strength, agility, cardio-performance and flexibility, and all within single training sessions. Rest assured, COREATHLETICS boot camps are ideally suited for anyone who is tired of staring at gym equipment, who has lost direction in their quest for personal fitness, and who needs professional motivation or just wants an upbeat atmosphere.  By Appointment only.
